- Add Hot water to the sieved jowar flour. Knead into smooth soft dough. As Jowar is Gluten Free. Hot water is must to make jowar roti.
- Make round ball (approx. 50 to 70 gems) and spread it into round shape on polythene sheet or wooden Peeta by using a rolling stick or by pressing with the palm.
- Bake the roti properly on both the sides of a pre heated tawa until it cooks properly on both the sides.
- Serve hot with dal curry or any chutney.
