Description

Sorghum(Jowar) is traditional staple food of the dry land regions of the world, a warm season crop intolerant to low temperatures, resistant to pests and diseases highly nutritious and a climate-compliant crop.

Ingredients
  • 500 g Milletism Jowar Flour
  • Hot Water
  • Salt (for taste)
Instructions
    • Add Hot water to the sieved jowar flour. Knead into smooth soft dough. As Jowar is Gluten Free. Hot water is must to make jowar roti.
    • Make round ball (approx. 50 to 70 gems) and spread it into round shape on polythene sheet or wooden Peeta by using a rolling stick or by pressing with the palm.
    • Bake the roti properly on both the sides of a pre heated tawa until it cooks properly on both the sides.
    • Serve hot with dal curry or any chutney.
