Milletism is an India-based business specializing in millet-based health products (Rawa, specialized kits, etc.). All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Telangana and the Union of India.
2. Products and Pricing
- Product Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, as these are natural food products, slight variations may occur.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stock simulation error, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp or email.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Rates: We charge Rs.50 per delivery for orders below Rs.599. We reserve the right to change shipping price and order amount without prior notice.
- Delivery Timelines: While we aim for prompt delivery,Naturo Vintage foods is dependent on third party delivery and is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
- Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address. Failure to do so may result in additional re-shipping charges.
4. Payments
- We accept payments through third party payment gateways.
- Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
- Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in Telangana.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (food items/millet rawa), we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken, unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
- Our products are health-focused; however, customers should check the ingredient list for potential allergens (e.g., specific grains).
- Milletism is not responsible for any adverse reactions if the customer has not reviewed the ingredients or consulted a medical professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
Milletism and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
